Hi and thanks so much for popping in! I'm Jennifer and this is my personal journey into a healthier, "clean-eating" lifestyle. I'm a Mom of 1 high-energy boy and wife to 1 high-energy guy. I've been a licensed massage therapist for 11 years. I am making the transition into becoming a full-time WAHM (Work at Home Mom). We're also making a move from FL to TX soon. In order to keep up with all this and maintain my sanity, I need to make some changes. I've decided Eating Clean is the way to go. I'm not really looking to lose weight (I've already done that). Mainly, I want to feel great, tone up, combat the hands of time and set a great example for my family. This is where I'll share my ups, downs, victories, challanges and everyday stuff as I find my clean-eating groove.
